The Rookie is a very small indoor or outdoor radio controlled flying model aircraft. The Rookie is powered by a small electric motor and a rechargeable Lithium Polymer flight battery. The Rookie's direction is controlled by a magnetic actuator mounted in the tail. Everything is included for flight except eight AA size Alkaline batteries for the hand-held transmitter.
Recharging is simple, just pop the flat battery into the rear of the simple 3 button transmitter and you're done. No undercarriage, so it’s a hand launch and belly landing for simplicity. Easy to fly - just hold the power button to climb, release to descend and tap the left or right buttons to turn.
